1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or engaging the services of Luxoria Entertainment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Services

Luxoria Entertainment provides entertainment and event management services in Singapore, including but not limited to dance shows, musicians, magicians, LED acts, and hostess & model services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit.
• We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred performers.
• Pricing is provided on a per-event basis and may vary depending on the type of entertainment, event duration, and specific requirements.

4. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: full refund minus the deposit.
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the total fee is payable.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: full fee is payable.
• Luxoria Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or substitute performers due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details including venue, timing, and technical requirements.
• Ensure a safe and suitable performance area for our artists.
• Provide necessary facilities such as changing rooms, power supply, and sound systems as agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Luxoria Entertainment and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luxoria Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific event in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
