A typical overseas company retreat for 30 to 80 pax runs SGD 850 to SGD 2,400 per pax all-in over 3 days, 2 nights, including flights or ferry, hotel, transfers, meals, activities and evening entertainment. How much does an overseas company retreat cost?
A 3-day, 2-night overseas retreat for 30 to 80 pax typically costs SGD 850 to SGD 2,400 per pax all-in, depending on destination and hotel tier. Bintan and Batam are the value picks at SGD 750 to SGD 1,200 per pax. Bali and Phuket land SGD 1,400 to SGD 2,400. Local Singapore retreats at Capella Sentosa or the Fullerton Bay start around SGD 950 per pax for 2 days, 1 night.
Local vs overseas retreat
Local retreats work when time is short, budgets are tight or team size is under 25. Overseas retreats create sharper mental separation from the office, which is why they're worth the extra spend when the goal is strategy or major team change. We can also mix, one day in Singapore for kickoff, two days across the border for bonding.
Duty of care on overseas retreats
We take care of the boring but critical stuff, insurance guidance, medical protocols, ground transport safety, dietary needs and 24-hour on-call support. A Luxoria manager travels with the group the whole time, so if anything goes off-plan there's a professional on the ground handling it.
